I am not even sure how it is possible that it is the middle of December already. People often talk about how quickly time passes as you get older - and that it only gets faster. Now, I am only somewhere "on the other side" of my thirties, but I am certainly getting a taste of what this all means.
The last thing I knew, it was September and I was singing through the streets while riding my bike on a wild glazed sugar doughnut high. Now, the Holiday season seems to have grabbed me by the ankles and is dragging me into the new year…. wait…Wait!
So, to slow things down a little, how about a nice long brunch to include THE ULTIMATE Pumpkin Waffle recipe to warm the heart and belly?

Just get settled in the kitchen, put some of your favorite music on while you relax and spread some positive energy and optimism…Today I suggest a little Chris Rene.
Mix your ingredients (how pretty). And paint upon the canvas of your favorite waffle maker…
Just look at all of those nooks and crannies just waiting to catch all of the butter and syrup!
Now sit back and enjoy...and go have yourselves a fabulous day!
